Find out what yours is hiding

Nine questions, under two minutes

Answer honestly, the useful answer is the honest one. We read it personally and come back to you on what your store's data is most likely hiding.

So we can take a look before we reply.

2. How long has the store been selling on Shopify?

This is the one thing that decides whether the report can work at all.

3. Roughly how many products, SKUs or variants do you carry?
4. Monthly revenue, roughly?

Ballpark is fine.

5. Are you running paid ads right now?
6. Monthly ad spend?
7. Which of these could you answer right now?

Tick all that apply. Be honest, the blanks are the interesting part.

Where should we send it?

We reply personally. No call required, and we won't add you to a list.

Got it. We're on it.

We'll go through your store against what you've told us and come back to you personally with what your data is most likely hiding, and what's worth fixing first.

Your store isn't quite ready for this yet

The report needs at least 18 months of order history before the patterns mean anything. Under that, we'd be selling you a report built on noise, and we won't do that.

Leave your email and we'll reach out when your store's got the history to make it worth doing.

Done. We'll be in touch when the time's right.

The problem

Your profit isn’t in one place

Your margins live in your cost prices, your cash is tied up in stock, your customers sit in your order history, and your ad return is somewhere else again. Nothing joins them up. So the bigger you get, the more expensive the guessing becomes.

The Findings Floor

Five real problems, or you don't pay

If your report doesn't put a dollar figure on at least five specific problems in your store, you don't owe the balance. Paid up front, you get a full refund.

Names real products or customers Has a dollar figure on it Comes with a move you can make this month

That's the bar, and we hold ourselves to it. Totals, trends and anything you already track don't count as findings. If it's not right, we keep working until it is.

This isn't theory

Built from running real stores every day

This is the exact reporting we already run for the stores we manage, hands on real revenue and real inventory. The numbers below came out of real builds. Now it's productised, so you can have it on yours.

Is it for you?

It needs history to find patterns

The one hard requirement is trading history, not store size. Under 18 months there isn't enough for the patterns to be real, and we'd rather tell you that than sell you a report built on noise.

This is for you if…

  • You're on Shopify, with at least 18 months of selling history behind you
  • You've done a thousand orders or more, so there are real patterns to find
  • You hold and track inventory, so dead stock and stockouts cost you real money
  • You have a real SKU catalogue and can supply your cost prices in week one
  • You're making decisions on gut feel and you know your data could tell you more

It's probably not for you if…

  • You've been selling for under 18 months. There isn't enough history yet, and we'll say so
  • You're not on Shopify. The whole report is built on your Shopify data
  • You sell a few products you can still track in your head
  • You're print-on-demand or dropshipping with no inventory to manage
